Just a heads up for other families: the kids menu was actually really good. My kids ate every bite, which is always a win, and there were zero complaints from them. Definitely worth considering if you’re bringing children along.

I tried firecrust.pizza recently, i was a little disappointed with the topping choices. I expected there to be more options, but it mostly felt like the usual basics and not much beyond that.

I was hoping for more veggies, maybe some different meat choices, or even a few better cheese options. When I was building my pizza, I kind of felt left in the dark, like I wasn’t sure if there were other choices somewhere or if that was really all they had.
The pizza itself wasn’t bad, so I wouldn’t say it was a total miss. But the limited toppings made it tough to make the kind of pizza I actually wanted, and that took away from the whole experience.

Everything in my order was there, so that was good.

The food tasted fine, so if you’re just after a quick snack it might be okay. But for a full meal, the portions felt really small for what they charged. I left feeling like it wasn’t quite worth it...

The delivery was actually quicker than I thought it would be, if that makes sense. Everything was fine and I don’t really have any complaints

I went to Fire Crust last night, and one of the first things I noticed was how clean everything was. Not in a “they cleaned it once earlier in the day” kind of way, but more like the tables had clearly been wiped down properly, the floor wasn’t sticky or gross, and the whole place just felt looked after. Even the washroom was clean, which I always pay attention to because I feel like that says a lot about how much a place cares. It made the whole meal more enjoyable because I wasn’t thinking about mess or anything like that. I’d definitely go back

I was a little frustrated because the wait was longer than I expected, and I started thinking it might not be worth it. But then the pizza showed up hot, smelled amazing, and tasted really good, so my mood changed quickly. Not a perfect experience, but I’d still order again

I was a little worried I’d get fooled by the reviews and end up with something overhyped, but the sauce was actually good. It had a nice flavor overall, just a little too sweet for my taste.

I was looking forward to a nice dessert, but the brownie was such a letdown. It was dry and had that stale, old taste, which just made the whole order feel disappointing. I don’t think I’d order it again

I really liked this pizza overall. The crust had that nice crunch and the cheese was melted just right. The sauce was a little saltier than I’d prefer, and I’d hate for that to be the thing that keeps me from ordering it again because the rest was really good. Still enjoyed it and would probably grab it again next time I’m craving pizza.

I’ve ordered from firecrust.pizza a few times now, mostly because the promo codes actually do help a bit. Not just one of those fake “deals.” The combo offers are solid too, especially if it’s pizza for two or three people.
Only small issue was that some offers weren’t super clear at checkout. Had to try twice once, which was a little annoying. Still, overall happy with it. Pizza was good, price felt fair

No refund, no real apology, no effort to make it right. it felt like I was begging them to care, and that left me resentful about the whole experience. I won’t be ordering from them again

I’ve had this a few times now it’s just always good. Like, every time I think maybe it won’t be as solid, but nope, still consistent. It’s nice not having to guess, and yeah, I’d definitely keep coming back.

I had a small issue with my order, and the person at the counter handled it really well. They were friendly, calm, and fixed it quickly without making the whole thing feel uncomfortable.
That said, it would’ve been better if the order had been right the first time, so it wasn’t a perfect experience. But the way they dealt with it made a big difference, and I’d still be happy to order again...

The toppings tasted really fresh and that makes such a difference. Like, why is it so hard for places to not serve sad, limp ingredients? These were actually good, flavorful, and fresh-tasting. I was pleasantly surprised

I tried firecrust because they advertise a gluten-free crust, and I really wanted to like it, but it ended up being disappointing. The crust was dry, cracked in spots, and just didn’t have that fresh-made taste I was hoping for.
I also didn’t feel great about the cross-contamination situation. The staff was friendly, but when I asked questions, the answers were kind of uncertain, and it felt like they made it my problem to figure out whether it was safe or not. For the price, I expected a lot better, so I probably wouldn’t go back for gluten-free.
